Cyber Sexy By Lennie DiFino November 3, 2006 Just days before Cyber Sunday, WWE.com caught up with SmackDown Diva Ashley to get her thoughts on the interactive pay-per-view. Ashley is no stranger to the power that the fans have, as she was the 2005 Diva Search winner and also took part in the Diva Fulfill Your Fantasy Battle Royal at Taboo Tuesday in 2005. We asked Ashley how she would be voting for Cyber Sunday. WWE.com: Which title are you voting for to be on the line at Cyber Sunday? Ashley: John Cena’s WWE Championship. WWE.com: Why that particular title? Ashley: It would be cool to see King Booker bring both titles back to SmackDown; I’d love to see that happen. WWE.com: The Women’s Championship will be up for grabs when Lita takes on Mickie James. Which stipulation will you vote for? Ashley: Diva Lumberjacks. WWE.com: If you found yourself as one of the lumberjacks, how involved do you plan on being? Ashley: I will be excited to be a part of Cyber Sunday in any way that I can. WWE.com: Two SmackDown Superstars, Kane and Chris Benoit, and ECW Extremist Sandman are being voted on to face Umaga. Who will you vote for and why? Ashley: Chris Benoit. He is one of my favorite wrestlers and it would be great to see Benoit take it to Umaga. Chris is tough as nails and I would love to see him come out on top. WWE.com: DX v. Randy Orton & Edge. The special guest referees fans can vote on are very controversial as each has a past with Triple H & Shawn Michaels. Who will you vote for as the special guest referee for this match: Mr. McMahon, Jonathan Coachman or Eric Bischoff? Ashley: I would have to say Mr. McMahon. I don’t want to get him angry at all. WWE.com: Jeff Hardy puts his Intercontinental Title on the line against Carlito, Shelton Benjamin or Johnny Nitro. Who are you voting for, and what do you think the result will be? Ashley: Johnny Nitro. Shelton and Carlito are great athletes, but Jeff and Johnny Nitro have unfinished business. As far as a winner, I would like to see Jeff Hardy retain his title and kick Johnny’s butt. WWE.com: The Spirit Squad defends their Tag Team Championship against Ric Flair and one of three WWE Legends: Dusty Rhodes, Roddy Piper or Sgt. Slaughter. Who will vote to team with Flair? Ashley: You can’t go wrong with any of them, but if I had to choose I would choose Rowdy Roddy Piper. WWE.com: Why is that? Ashley: It would be great to see two of the dirtiest players in the game teaming together. WWE.com: The final match to vote on is the Four Team Tag Match. Cryme Tyme, the Highlanders, Viscera & Charlie Haas, and Cade & Murdoch. You can choose between Fatal Four Way, Tag Team Turmoil, and Texas Tornado style matches. What match will you vote for and who would you choose to win? Ashley: I’d like to see a Tag Team Turmoil match, and I definitely would like to see Cryme Tyme win, because if they lose, they might jack my car for rooting against them.
